  Took power washer. He was to call me next two days. Didn't call. Waited a week and went by shop on Monday of the next week. Shop was not open and no sign as to when they would be open. Called every day that week. No answer. Called Monday the next week. He said he was on vacation that week. Thought he had looked at the washer but couldn't remember what was wrong. Would look at it and call me back. Didn't call me back. I went by the shop the next Monday and it wasn't open. Called Tuesday and they answered the phone so I knew they were there. Went and picked up the power washer. When I told him who I was he got the washer and said he thought that was the one that needed a pump.
  
  Will take it to a reliable repair shop. Would not recommend anyone to take their repair work their.

  This shop and the owner deserve a lot more than 5 stars. I took two of my chainsaws that I had written off as junk to him. A couple weeks later I picked my saws up and they both ran like new. I've been using them daily for a month now and have yet to have a problem with either of them. He only charged me a fraction of what I expected to pay. He has also repaired my mother's scooters and did an impeccable job. He was extremely fair on the repair costs for my mother as well. I will always use them for any small engine repairs that arise in the future. I highly recommend them.
