  When my family and I first moved to Leesburg, we paid the application fee and the deposit fee for a condo at Harbor Vista. We stayed at a local hotel while they were getting the condo ready. While at the hotel we asked some locals about Harbor Vista, and was told us to "stay away!". So we went to the leasing agent and told her we changed our minds, and she said "Why?". She told us that the condo was ready and that we would lose the deposit. But as we were leaving, we rode by the the condo and workers was still there working. Even though they strong armed our deposit, I am so glad we quit with them in the beginning.
