  My previous embroidery place went out of business. Finding a place that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for new clients' digitized logos was tough. After calling around, Digital Embroidery had exactly what I was looking for. They explained the process thoroughly, and answered all of my questions. Once I supplied them with my logo, they did the rest. Emailed me a sample with a pricing list and an expected timeline for completion. They completed all of the items BEFORE I expected. The quality was impressive and exactly what I had hoped for. All at a price that I was thrilled with. I took in more items to be embroidered and all of them were completed in a timely manner. I was asked for one particular item to remain until they were trained with their new machine. I agreed, and was ecstatic with the results. Tim and Sidonna are great. I will return and continue to use them for all of my embroidery needs. Business or personal. They have earned it.
