  I've called for weeks, to speak to a supervisor by the directions of Florida department of children and families. The first worker I spoke to was very hostile and told me she was the supervisor after 30 minutes she admitted to me she was not the supervisor and gave me the supervisor extension. I've called for weeks and the women is never in her office Monday to Friday from 8 am till 5pm. Absolutely disgusting on the state of Florida department for putting people like this in charge and making residents go through so much to sustain they're way of living.
